At first we weren't sure if we wanted to make the investment in a central vaccumn cleaning system but after having it installed in our home we fell in love with it. I always dreaded cleaning the house, especially dragging a heavy machine from room to room and with all the noise. This unit made our life much easier and it cleans really deep into the rugs. We also had one installed at our business with an additional hide away hose which is great. The person who installed the unit was also very friendly and attentive to our needs.
